Short Particulars

If the company receives or recovers a payment or cash or in kind of any of the hedging debt, junior debt, or from any member of the group on account of the purchase, redemption or acquisition of any junior debt which should have been paid to the security agent or a secured creditor, the company must notify the security agent (such payment or distribution being a turnover receipt). The company shall hold any turnover receipt on trust for the secured creditors and pay the security agent for application against the debt in accordance with the intercreditor.
