The rent of £700 per month or as otherwise amended under the terms of the tenancy agreement dated 2 march 2017 and made between silver estates limited (1) and castleoak care partnerships limited (2) in respect of 7C high street, princes risborough, HP27 0AE.. The rent of £680 per month or as otherwise amended under the terms of the lease dated 7 december 2016 and made between silver estates limited (1) and peter timothy harding (2) in respect of 7D hight street, princes risborough, HP27 0AE.
