Short Particulars

The chargor, as legal and beneficial owner, and as continuing security for the payment, performance and discharge of all of the secured obligations hereby charges in favour of the company, by way of first fixed charge, all its present and future rights, title, interest and benefit in and to:. 4.1.1 by way of first fixed charge, the receivables;. 4.1.2 by way of first fixed charge, the security accounts and all monies standing to the credit of the security accounts from time to time and all other accounts with any bank, financial institution or other person, in each case together with all interest from time to time accrued or accruing on such monies and all rights to repayment of all of the foregoing;. 4.1.3 to the extent that any of the assigned assets are not effectively assigned under clause 4.2 (security assignments), by way of first fixed charge, those assigned assets; and. 4.1.4 by way of first fixed charge, all rights and claims to which the chargor is now or may hereafter become entitled in relation to or in connection with the security assets, including those against any manufacturer, supplier, installer, builder, contractor, professional adviser, lessee or licensee and any guarantor or surety for the obligations of any such person and, to the extent that any of the security assets are now or at any time hereinafter hired, leased or rented to any other person, the rights under the hiring, leasing or rental contract or agreement and any guarantee, indemnity or security for the performance of the obligations of such person and any other rights and benefits relating thereto.
